I want to applaud Mike Templeman with Forbes, who writes that when discussing the millennial workforce, you have to understand the shift in today’s overall workforce. Mainly, he says, millennials are freelancing and looking into alternative education more than past generations.
And the reason is simple: no money, tired of the same template, wanting to expand skillset.
Meanwhile Inc. ran another one of their hit pieces on millennial workers, this time disguised as a “here are the things we need to work on” piece. Yup, more propaganda to get millennials to think like older and “wiser” business folks.
